By using our website and services, including Live Selling Sessions, VIP Preview Sales, Style Consultations, and Seller Orientation, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Total Thrifting Sistas LLC offers the following services:

  • Live Selling Sessions – Sellers can book a one-hour live session to sell their items on our platform. A $30 non-refundable fee applies per session.

  • VIP Preview Sales – Exclusive early access to thrifted items.

  • Style Consultation – Personalized styling services.

  • Seller Orientation – Training and guidelines for new sellers on our platform.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

4. Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final. Once you book a Live Selling Session or any other services with Total Thrifting Sistas LLC or purchase of items, there are no refunds or transfers under any circumstances.

5. Seller Responsibilities

If you are booking a Live Selling Session, you agree to:

  • Start and end on time.

  • Follow community guidelines and platform rules.

  • Conduct ethical and honest transactions with buyers.

  • Ensure that listed items comply with our policies (e.g., no counterfeit goods, prohibited items, etc.).

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Platform Usage & Conduct

All users of our platform, including buyers and sellers, must:

  • Use respectful and professional communication.

  • Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.

  • Not spam or harass other users.

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Total Thrifting Sistas LLC is not responsible for:

  • Any disputes between buyers and sellers.

  • Technical issues affecting the platform or live sessions.

  • Lost, damaged, or misrepresented items sold through the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
